  • Lead Manufacturing Engineering department activities:
    • New product introduction
    • End-customer product release management (SKUs)
    • Maintenance of Line activities for on-going production
    • Mfg. Equipment and Capacity planning
  • Provide first-line support to our manufacturing partners and Operations team to ensure continuous production and meeting revenue targets
  • Manufacturing Engineering resource management
  • Overall test capacity planning and capital equipment management
  • Develop and implement work procedures to assure consistent process for managing NPI activities and supporting PSLT Teams
  • Project management of strategic initiatives such as factory start-ups, integration activities for new company acquisitions, major production capacity increases
  • Capital budget for production tooling and equipment
  • Prioritize and direct internal process improvements affecting NPI, Configuration Management, and Manufacturing Test support
  • Direct the SKU development and release process to assure flexibility, scalability and quality
  • Drive the standardization of manufacturing development processes to provide low overhead process development and documentation for factory support systems. Standardized manufacturing processes and systems
  • Technical interface between manufacturing partners and development/product management for ongoing product support and new technology initiatives


  • 10+ years’ experience at Senior Manager level in an electronics manufacturing and product development environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills within a multi-disciplinary and global organization
  • Experience with RF (cellular, WiFi, BT & GPS) manufacturing and testing methods and technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Demonstrated expertize in high volume, high-density SMT, lead-free manufacturing processes, testing and customization
  • Expertize with automotive product development, manufacturing, and quality processes such as TS16949 and APQP along with demonstrated knowledge of PPAP process and supporting tools such as DFx, FMEA, MSA, SPC
  • Demonstrated experience in project management of large scale projects
  • Experience working in an ISO environment and creating ISO quality procedures
  • Willing to travel for extended periods of time
  • Self-starter that is able to multitask, practices continuous improvement, and is detailed oriented
