Assist in planning, executing and monitoring all engineering repair and preventive maintenance works in compliance with both the external audit and management review;
Supervise the Engineering team to deliver effective and efficient maintenance duties;
Ensure maintenance works arrangement according to the Preventive Maintenance Schedule;
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the hotel.
Higher Diploma/ Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical;
Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 3 years in similar capacity;
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) and familiar with relevant licensing regulations;
Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Less experience will be considered as Duty Engineer.
