Senior Duty Engineer / Duty Engineer 高級當值工程師 / 當值工程師

Responsibilities:          

• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring all engineering repair and preventive maintenance works in compliance with both the external audit and management review;
• Supervise the Engineering team to deliver effective and efficient maintenance duties;
• Ensure maintenance works arrangement according to the Preventive Maintenance Schedule;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the hotel.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 3 years in similar capacity;
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) and familiar with relevant licensing regulations;
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Less experience will be considered as Duty Engineer.
