About The CoCoon Foundation

The CoCoon Foundation aims to deliver a t-shaped immersive entrepreneurship education program with breadth and depth of experience for students. This team will connect secondary school students, teachers, principals and partners. Our vision is to impact secondary schools with entrepreneurship as a lifeskill to better equip for next generation careers.  A role in this team involves a dynamic work environment, supporting events with loads of creativity and exciting hands-on day-to-day work with local and international entrepreneurs. Our ideal team player will have a genuine passion for education, community building, an understanding and interest in CoCoon’s entrepreneurship mission and the ability to work with our team in a collaborative environment. Senior Education Programme Officer (Youth Engagement)

Details on the role and specific requirements below


  • Plan, implement and monitor funded youth programmes so as to achieve Cocoon Foundation's goals; proposal and report writing
  • Design and deliver training activities for youth and volunteers, and promote entrepreneurial programs across various platforms of Cocoon.
  • Develop and design training materials and guides for youth.
  • Maintain a good relationship with youth leader, school teachers and partners.
  • Prepares and manages proposals for grants and funding in accordance with funder's policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in other events as assigned by supervisor.


  • University graduate with 3-5 years' relevant working experience or more, preferably in social work, training and facilitation, youth development work and etc.
  • Passionate in working with young people with excellent presentation skills
  • Interest in entrepreneurship
  • A self-motivator and self-learner able to acquire and build knowledge on the job or through CoCoon's internal resources or market contact and experience.
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will  be considered as Assistant Education Officer.
  • Proactive, creative, a team player; able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in Chinese and English both written and oral
