Senior Engineer - E&M Facilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineers and technical officers to complete facilities installations for facilities centre and TBE rooms;
• Project management of addition & alternation works including but not limited to progress monitoring, project cost control & coordinate with government authorities & BMO;
• Assist reporting manager in administration of the facilities team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines;
• 5 years of experience in building services / MVAC / electrical installations, preferably in telecommunication industry;
• Registered Electrical Worker License A holder;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, Self-motivated with analytical and problem solving capability.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin.
