Senior Engineer / Engineer (HVAC)

Job Duties:
- Monitor overall site activities and liaise with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers, subcontractors as well as project teams throughout the whole project;
- Participate in preparing tender, budget proposal, drawing and equipment submission as well as project coordination and management;
- Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and subcontractors to ensure all site installation works are complying with contractual and statutory requirement;
- Monitor the progress of project and conduct periodic site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations and follow up on defect rectification work if required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, especially fitting-out and A&A works;
- Proficient knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations;
- A good team player with agile mindset. Strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills are essential;
- Good command of both English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office Project and AutoCAD;
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Engineer.
