Senior Engineer / Project Engineer / Assistant Engineer (MVAC)

Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise all MVAC works in commercial and public sectors
• To monitor the project progress and problem solving at site
• To plan and complete project on schedule and within budget.
• To liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors
• To prepare A/C system shop drawings including layout drawing, pipe duct details, plant room details, etc as well as equipment and individual preparation and submission for approval and procurement
• To prepare tender, job budget estimation and submission.

Requirements

• Min 3 years or above working experience in MVAC &/ E&M fields
• Dip. / High Dip./ Degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Strong communication and organization, good leadership
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Hardworking and energetic
• Candidates with tendering experience will be a merit
• More experiences can be considered as Senior Engineer or less experiences can be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Immediate Availability is  preferable
