Senior Engineer / Project Engineer / Engineer (ELV)

Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related discipline is preferred.
• Procession of Security Personnel Permit Cat. D, Construction Safety Card and Construction Works Registration Card.
• Min 8 years of relevant experience in ELV-related projects. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD drawing operations. 
• Experience in BIM (Revit) and executing BIM-enabled projects is an advantage.
• High sense of responsibility, good communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, be a good team player, can work under pressure, able to work independently, and meet tight deadlines. 
• Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Candidates with less experience may apply for "Project Engineer" or "Engineer". 

Job Duties:

• Assist the Project Manager in carrying out work schedule planning, drawing/materials etc, to ensure that the related costs are within budget.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the technical requirements and deliver the work on a planned schedule.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other related parties in carrying out the ELV works and site activities.
• Manage the performance of subcontractors' workforce to complete projects effectively.
• Attend site meetings and prepare PowerPoint for project presentation.
• Conduct site checks to ensure the work quality, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices are maintained at work sites, and carry out other ad hoc assignments as required.
