Senior Engineer / Project Engineer / Engineer - Plumbing & Draniage

Qualification & requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in E&M projects ranging from commercial mixed-use development to residential, preferably in plumbing and drainage installation projects.
• Experienced in CSD/CBWD/BIM coordination, utility liaison, and project management is essential.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, good communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience may apply for Project Engineer or Engineer. 

Candidates with less experience may apply for "Project Engineer" or "Engineer".

Job Duties:

• Prepare tender preparation and monitor project cost control, liaise with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Oversee and inspect PD work carried out by contractors to ensure that the design and maintenance of related works meet the project, legislative, and safety requirements.
• Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervise the work progress and coordinate various activities at construction projects.
• Provide on-site engineering and coordination support during the construction phase, prepare construction methods for various site activities, write method statements, monitor and manage the progress of works and provide regular progress reports, etc.
