Senior Engineer, SIM Card Development & Operation

Responsibilities:

• Work with SIM manufacturers and related departments to manage and further enhance the SIM card/SIM capabilities
• Review, modify, develop and validate SIM card configurations as per best practices and requirements
• Secure product specifications, test and certify new SIM cards, and ensure compliance for all new SIM card product introductions
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on SIM card capabilities
• Support SIM card related ordering, invoicing, inventory tracking, and provisioning functions with a high degree of accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Electronics or Telecommunication
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in SIM card environment or telecom operator
• Experience in managing vendor relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and is able to learn fast with minimal supervision
• Strong observation, analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Over the Air (OTA) SIM card change management techniques is a bonus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer
