Your 'day to day'
You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. for the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC).
You will perform data-driven analysis of PMI suppliers' quality performance and conduct analysis of quality evolution and deviations and ensure depth of analysis and ability to action on generated insights.

. Own the monitoring of quality performance pertaining to the assigned scope (Component Suppliers Quality Performance)
. Conduct the recurring monitoring of quality performance
. Conduct the analysis of quality evolution and characterization of deviations relying on all sources of relevant data
. Conduct specific quality performance investigations
. Collaborate within and beyond the team to corroborate quality deviation characterization
. Interpret, summarize & promote findings for action ability
. Maintain the knowledge of each data layers used to ensure the integrity of the monitoring, analysis and investigation outcome
. Support the improvement of process and systems to expand our monitoring capabilities

Who we're looking for
. University degree or equivalent in Engineering/ Statistics
. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Science involving complex analysis & business recommendations
. 5+ years of experience in consumer goods or consumer electronics industry
. Experience in quality control, quality management a plus
. Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze & interpret multiple dataset and complex data
. Great attention to details and natural willingness to go beyond the obvious, while keeping the big picture
. Ability to deal with ambiguity, i.e. lack of perfect data/information
. Good communicator and influencer able to distill complex analysis work into high-credibility outcome and measurable conclusions
. Collaborative team member
. Business oriented - basic programming language skills (SQL/Python, etc.)
. High computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Advanced with Excel, Tableau and PowerBI a strong plus)
