Senior Engineering Manager (Accessories Products)

Our client is an international consumer goods company, providing products for both B2B and B2C markets

The Senior Engineering Manager (Accessories Products) will be responsible driving Research and Development of respective product lines, covering entire processes from idea generation to mass production for OEM / ODM / co-development projects

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product design reviews and implement changes
  • Supervise engineering team members to conduct engineering design changes, product quality assurance/ compliance and technical support for different projects
  • Provide clients and sales & marketing team inputs on technical expertise and support
  • Assist Head of Business to develop/ execute technological development to achieve short-term and long-term objectives


Requirements:

  • University Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in electronic hardware / embedded firmware design
  • Candidates specialized in power/ analogue circuits with knowledge of tooling / plastics and metal advantageous
  • Product knowledge in battery power pack / energy storage system / battery charging system / chemistry of rechargeable batteries is preferable
  • Result-oriented, proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Occasional trips to China is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineering Manager
