Senior Engineer/Project Engineer/Engineer (HVAC/FS/PD/Elect/ELV/Maint)

Qualification & requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics & Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of extensive experience in E&M projects, preferably with experience in HVAC or Fire Services or Plumbing & Drainage or Electrical or ELV or T&C related projects under contracting environment with hands-on involvement and leading in technical and site management.
• With experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management are essential.
• Good technical knowledge either in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, ELV or T&C aspects.
• Good command of written English and Chinese and fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Highly responsible, good communication and leadership skills.
