Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries and understand customers’ needs and expectations, prepare quotations, contracts and Event orders
  • Responsible for event/ wedding planning and event proposal for clients
  • Meet potential clients and conduct site inspection and presentation in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with banquet operation team and follow up logistics for pre-event to ensure a smooth execution of all events
  • Identify business opportunities and maximize Events and Catering business revenue by applying effective sales strategies, conducting and monitoring sales activities in the team

Requirements:

  • 6 - 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry, candidates with less experience may considered as Events and Catering Sales Manager
  • Diploma or Degree holders in Hospitality Management, business, marketing or relevant disciplines
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • A good team player with outgoing personality and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, sales oriented, good sense of responsibility, committed to take challenge and able to work independently 
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
