Deliver high quality corporate secretarial services to our clients;
Assist in managing a portfolio of listed clients’ companies and their groups companies, located locally or overseas in compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules etc;
Liaise and co-ordinate with other professional advisors and governmental bodies when required;
Coach and develop junior members in the team.
Minimum of 4 years of company secretarial experience in large professional firms/ law firm/ CPA firm;
A member of HKICS/ ICSA or above, is highly preferred;
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese are essential; fluency in Putonghua is a real advantage;
Meticulous, highly organised, conscientious and able to demonstrate high levels of initiative;
Able to deal with multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, and able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
