Senior Executive/ Asst Manager, Policy Administration (Third Party Administration)

Job Description

  • Handle daily transactions of policy administration
  • Prepare and issue of policy endorsements, member movements, medical cards and invoices within agreed turnaround time
  • Handle customer inquiries accurately and promptly
  • Devise and implement policy administration procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Contribute user requirements on specification and development of IT systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments, e.g. Claims, IT support, for special request/arrangement from client.
  • Coordinate with IT support team to add remarks for each policy in system.
  • Prepare & issue regular Movement Report or Claim Summary Report
  • Main a policy summary list with all necessary and useful information

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in insurance sector
  • Hands-on experience in policy administration duties with good customer service skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • More experience candidate will consider as Assistant Manager
