Senior Executive, Business Development

  • University graduate in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in business development & B2B marketing of which from hospitality industry would be preferred
  • Experienced in handling association & B2B conferences, incentive travel & corporate meetings is highly preferred
  • High proficiency in written & spoken English & Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is a must. Mature and able to work independently

Job Duties:

  • Support the Manager to plan, develop & implement the business development plans for generating incremental MICE arrivals from the key source markets in Asia Pacific
  • Assist in the process of formulating & implementing outreaching programs, trade shows and study missions
  • Work closely with worldwide offices in source markets to develop bidding strategies & packages targeting mega corporate meetings
  • Maintain & enhance communication channels with travel industry partners
  • Undertake any other duties and assignments as directed by the Senior / Manager, Business Development (Long-haul / Short-haul Markets)
