The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and supervising daily claims administration, handling claims enquiries, assessing group claims and to ensure timely delivery of services to policyholders, business partners and brokerage. He/she also needs to initiate and review claims/operation procedures for continuous improvement, coordinate and perform UAT for system enhancement and projects, prepare report and analyze information to find appropriate solution proactively to resolve the problems. Cooperation with other teams to meet the deadlines and expectation of services is also required.
