To distribute regular reports with pointed analyses, provide progress update and recommendations for improvement.
To create custom reports to help with side projects and improvement to call center teams
To meet regularly in person with key stakeholders to discuss completed reports, educate about the process of report generation and share findings with action plans
To record and update team workflow and process documents
To complete special projects as assigned by management
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and/or Business Writing is preferred.
1-3 years’ experience creating and distributing business reporting for various audiences required.
1-3 years of call center experience preferred
Details minded and strong presentation skill
Experience in analyzing and trending data with recommendations for improvement,
Comprehensive knowledge of contact center reporting software preferred and the Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Team-oriented and highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
