Senior Executive Manager - Staff Engagement (Ref: SSO/SE/SEM/CT)

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management 
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior managerial position, NGO experience is an advantage; 
  • Lead/be a member of a team to provide effective HR services, including recruitment, on/off boarding, human resources operations, compensation & benefits, HRIS management, employee relations, performance management, and managing disciplinary and complaint issues 
  • Effective engagement with staff at all levels to provide HR Functions. 
  • Be flexible and proactive to implement regular reviews of HR related processes/procedures to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization. 
  • Conversant with the Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances 
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese, as well as MS office 
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of Haven of Hope Christian Service
