Supervise the overall property management of Chinachem Group’s premises.
Ensure designated properties are being managed up to the standard of the Group including maintenance, security and cleaning etc.
Assist in preparing and monitoring annual management budget and expenses.
Assist in central procurement procedure.
Assist in arranging tenders/ contracts for management & maintenance work.
Attend Owners Committee meetings.
Maintain good relationship with occupants and organize promotional activities
Liaise with the Government authorities and public bodies
Acknowledge BMO/ DMC enforcement
Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder in property management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property management preferably with developers or management companies; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive Officer
Experienced in handling IO meetings issues and E&M issues will be an advantage
Knowledge in DMC and the Building Management Ordinance
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Good at writing reports, letters in English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred
