Senior Executive, People & Culture

Act as Business Partner to work closely with Business unit in providing full People & Culture support and advice including but not limited to staffing, staff development, engagement, retention, etc.


Talent Acquisition
Manage recruitment & selection process, includes:

  • Provide full range of recruitment and hiring support of full-time and part-time for various office in Hong Kong and China.
  • Implement recruiting policies & procedures to develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Consult and meet regularly with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements, review sourcing and advertising options, assist in the selection process, and facilitate on boarding as necessary
  • Manager relationships with outside agencies and search firms
  • Provide the necessary staffing support, eg. Regular recruitment status update, on-boarding process, recruitment process training, etc.


Business Partner

  • Frequently meet with Business unit Managers for people resources needs or issues
  • Handle the entire process from staff recruitment to off-boarding
  • Responsible for daily P&C administration, execution of P&C initiatives and other ad-hoc projects
  • Deal with the staff issue independently and provide professional advices to Management


People & Development / People activities
Assist in People & development program as well as CSR activities:

  • Research and collect information via different training centers
  • Organize and co-ordinate training / CSR programs
  • Collect training feedback and provide analysis reports etc.
  • Implement recruiting policies & procedures to develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Deal with UK headquarter for adhoc projects



  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in HR recruiting functions; exposure in labour intensive
  • industry preferred.
  • Proven organization skills – ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with competing demands.
  • Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment processes, recruitment strategies are necessary.
  • A good team player with can-do attitude
  • Good in MS office applications
