Senior Executive, Training & Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience in organizing event and publication is essential
  • Familiar with Call Centre culture is preferred
  • Experience to design training content
  • Tailor made training to improve Telemarketer selling skill
  • Provide feedback/advice to Telemarketer or Team Leader to adjust colleague's weakness
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sensitive to figures & strong analytical skills
  • Detailed mind and the ability to handle uncertainty
  • Able to work independently, responsible, confident, detail-minded and with good analytical skills
  • Familiar with quality assurance and good knowledge of insurance industry

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in of any related discipline Passes in IIQE Paper I, III
  • A minimum of 3 years training experience, preferably gained from the insurance companies with a minimum of 1 year call center training / team leader experience
  • Proven ability to coach and lead
  • Self-motivated, strategic and with business awareness
  • Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written
