Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
support Assistant Facilities Services Manager to supervise and co-ordinate the day to day operation and administration of the Car Park Team to ensure the provision of timely and cost effective Car Park services to various departments.
liaise with internal and external customer for provision of car park services.
prepare work schedules and staff rosters for assignment of duties to subordinates.
prepare timely and accurate management reports to keep senior management informed on the operational performance of the Car Park Team.
prepare Operation / Capital budget for the Car Park Team and to ensure economic and effective operation of his team.
manage carpark improvement projects and related procurement processing.
maintain the Operation Procedural Manual with the most updated information.
perform duty on racedays as and when required by Facilities Services Manager or his delegates.
perform such other duties as assigned by Facilities Services Manager or his delegates
You should have:
a higher diploma or above in Facilities Management, Property Management or related discipline
at least 3 years relevant experience in Transportation or Facilities Management
proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
good project management and problem solving skills
good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
smart and self-motivated with team spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills
driving license of class 1 & 2 (preferable)
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Facilities Services Officer*
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
