The role is key Langham Ambassador in Food & Beverage Department ensuring refined and high quality reservation service is delivered to 5-star hotel standards, who are expected to:
- Provide clear and pleasant telephone communication with proper telephone manner to maintain positive guest relations at all times;
- Accommodate guest requests for information and in-house guest’s dining orders courteously;
- Communicate with hotel outlets relating to all guests’ reservation and confirmation to maximize reservations; &
- maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data with complete message taking record.
- Minimum 3-year experience in similar capacity;
- Willing to work on shifts in a competitive, energetic and dynamic environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, strong sense of responsibility and independence and customer oriented personality;
- Good time management for ensuring food product delivery & guest satisfaction; &
- Fluent command in English & Mandarin.
*Candidate with less experience will be considered F&B Order Taker. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
