Reporting to the Finance Manager, FP & A, act as finance business partner to each market and or function focused on advising on business risks and opportunities from finance perspective to sharpen the operational analysis for decision making. The role encompasses:
o create and maintain financial/analytical models and variance analysis for the business
o budgeting and planning processes and guidelines and governance of business and all KPIs
o delivering monthly management P&L, forecast and variance analysis and commentary
o identify areas for improvement to facilitate the development of action plans, and track the performance upon implementation of action plan
o financial analysis, and tracking core business performance
o Offer financial input, guidance, and to ensure smooth project execution
