Reporting to the Finance Manager, FP & A, act as finance business partner to each market and or function focused on advising on business risks and opportunities from finance perspective to sharpen the operational analysis for decision making.  The role encompasses:

  • Provide support by developing customized financial models to assess the feasibility of the business model for existing businesses, and other strategic projects
  • Responsible for gathering information, data compilation and analysis for business financial performance & processes focused on:

o   create and maintain financial/analytical models and variance analysis for the business

o   budgeting and planning processes and guidelines and governance of business and all KPIs

o   delivering monthly management P&L, forecast and variance analysis and commentary

o   identify areas for improvement to facilitate the development of action plans, and track the performance upon implementation of action plan

o   financial analysis, and tracking core business performance

o   Offer financial input, guidance, and to ensure smooth project execution

  • Wide range of analysis on cost, revenue and margin by customer, segments and region etc
  • Assist to review sales proposals and commercial contracts
  • Ad-hoc analysis and support financial projects, as directed by leadership
  • Support the Finance Director and Manager (FP&A) on any aspect of strategic commercial finance to the business



  • Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. MBA advantageous
  • (Part) Qualified CPA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point
  • 5+ years solid experience on management accounting or FP&A roles
  • Operational accounting background: ability to understand data flows and controls around integrity of data
  • Make Forecasts and Budgets as well as understanding allocated expenses
  • Strong team player & interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management, including external business partners
  • Energetic with passion to drive change and to really make a difference
  • Ability to think commercially and be problem solver
  • Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi tasks and hands-on
  • Ability to support business planning and decision making
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, and Cantonese. Mandarin capabilities will be advantage
  • Candidate with more experiences may be consider as Senior Financial Analyst
