Senior Financial Analyst


Position Summary


Reporting to Finance Manager – Business Planning, you will be key member in the team to help deliver key financial performance analysis/modeling and value added reporting to Asia’s Sales and Account Management Organization and other departments (Go to Market). You will be strong in process improvement, value added analysis and collaborating/communicating with diverse teams globally to deliver valued added outcomes consistent with global corporate goals.


Other duties include (but not limited to):

  • Reporting, budgeting & forecasting – driving forecast accuracy, efficiency and effective processes
  • Highlight risks and opportunities in processes and in business performance
  • Support incentive plan and commissions process to drive desired outcomes
  • Monthly & quarterly management reporting that drives/support senior leadership decision making
  • KPI reporting and development
  • Value added variance analysis and recommendations
  • Trend analysis across divisions/products and recommendations to drive financial performance
  • Support and develop systems reporting
  • Business performance reporting
  • Ad hoc projects


The successful applicant will have

You will be a CA/ CPA qualified accounting professional with a proven track record in an analytical role within a large corporate, preferably Technology/Professional Services or similar. You will have excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills, with a creative flair. You will have advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills as well as exceptional interpersonal abilities. You must have an ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders both within and outside Finance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
  • 6+ years in a corporate accounting / Financial Planning & Analysis role
  • Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis
  • Must have experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes
  • Strong systems skills (advanced BI tools Tableau, advanced Excel)
