Senior Fund Accountant / Fund Accountant

- 3 years or above fund administration experience (Private Equity
experience would be an advantage)
- Understanding of waterfall calculation and GP/LP allocations
- Experience in using Investran would be an advantage
- Preferably professional qualified accountant or equivalent with Big 4
- Good accounting knowledge and able to prepare financial statements
(including note disclosures) under IFRS and US GAAP
- Multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Good knowledge in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with less experience will be also considered

Job Duties:

- Responsible for the administration of a portfolio of private equity
- Perform investors anti-money laundering and KYC procedures
- Process subscriptions applications
- Perform monthly and/or quarterly accrual of fees and expenses
- Handle bank account administration and ensure all function in an
effective way
- Liaise with all parties for fund related or bank issues when necessary
- Responsible for daily maintenance and reconciliation of full books of
the accounts
- Prepare valuation reports
- Prepare year end financial statements including note disclosures for
audit purposes
- Process redemption requests and distributions
- Assist in the preparation for annual audits of the funds
- Handle ad hoc assignments
