  • Be an ambassador of HGI Brighthearted Services to deliver full set front desk service to hotel guests;
  • Ensure room guests to have prompt and courteous check in and check out services;
  • Actively promote hotel service and facilities to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue;
  • Handles and record guests’ luggage in a safe and secure manner;
  • Provide quality services and handle guests’ inquiries;
  • Promote Hilton Honors Membership Program to guest


  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism or relevant disciplines;
  • Detail-minded, service oriented with good communication skill;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge with hotel property management system would be a plus;
  • Fresh graduates who are excited to develop in hospitality industry will also be considered;
  • Candidate with experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Agent.
