Provide effective courteous services at the Front Office and resolve any guest dissatisfaction in a professional attitude;
Perform registration and check-out procedures on all arrival and departure guests;
Greet and welcome guests, and respond guests’ enquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously in a professional manner at all time;
Other ad-hoc assignment
Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
1 year Front Office working experience preferred
Proficiency in PC skills
Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, passionate, team player
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, other dialects are definitely advantage
Shift duty including overnight shift is required
If less experience, will been considered as Guest Services Agent
