FRONT OFFICE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective courteous services at the Front Office and resolve any guest dissatisfaction in a professional attitude;
  • Perform registration and check-out procedures on all arrival and departure guests;
  • Greet and welcome guests, and respond guests’ enquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously in a professional manner at all time;
  • Other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • 1-year Front Office/Customer services working experience preferred
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, passionate, team player
  • Shift duty including overnight shift is required
  • If less experience, will been considered as Guest Services Agent
  • Welcome Fresh Graduate of Hospitality Management to join us
