Senior Guest Services Manager / Guest Services Manager (5-day work week)

You love:

  • Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel.
  • Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management.
  • Carry out room inspection for VIP.
  • Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to hotel guests.
  • Provide on the job training to all frontline staff and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently.

Your characteristics:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in the role of Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Reception Manager.
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Mature, pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Manager.
