Senior Guest Services Officer (5-Day Work Week)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To handle daily check in and check out procedure.
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the hotel and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest comments and complaints relating to service standards and take necessary action accordingly.


  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Opera system, Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer.
