Senior Guest Services Officer / Guest Services Officer (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will provide warm and friendly assistance and service to valuable guests of the serviced apartment.
• To ensure that guests receive high quality service
• Assist guests in checking in / out and handling incoming phone calls and enquires
• Provide concierge service to guests
• Carry out room inspection for guests
• Conduct room orientation for guests
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints
• Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, experience in hotel or serviced apartment is an advantage but Fresh graduates are welcome with training experience preferred
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• Average Working Days: 5.5 Days/week. Working Hours: 23:00 - 08:00. Shift Duty may be required.
• Immediate available is preferred
