Senior Helpdesk support – Global Financial Institution – HKD$30-40k + Bonus

Our Client is a Global Financial Institution and they are currently looking for a Senior Helpdesk support to support the Hong Kong, China and Singapore offices. You are one of the key members to provide IT service which includes trouble shooting, user support, logging requests and incidents, IT training, and liaise closely with the regional offices to ensure all IT operation is running smoothly. You will be working with the users and Senior management very closely and you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a professional environment.

Duties: 

  • Primary contact between IT and business for Asia offices, provide IT services in a timely manner 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise between IT projects and support cases 
  • Provide 1st line and user support, desktop applications, printers, VCs, mobile phones etc 
  • Follow SLA and ensure high service level 
  • Provide training to users and IT staffs 
  • Research on new technologies and better practice when possible 
  • Work with Global IT team to ensure the IT operation is smooth and comply to global strategies 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent 
  • 4 years in IT Support for a Financial Institution with best practice 
  • Fluent English and communication skills, can speak with good confidence and patient with users
  • Strong Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, Citrix Desktop Working experience, Smart phone and Tablet Technology, 
  • ITIL is a plus 
  • High level of attention and have can-do attitude
