Responsibilities:
- Perform and manage reception duties
- Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and escort customers to their tables
- Set up, organise and coordinate private events and parties
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good customer service skills
- Cheerful and polite attitude
- Presentable, enthusiastic and motivated
- An aptitude for acquiring new skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well-mannered telephone etiquette
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Host / Hostess.
