Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end to end recruitment cycle from hiring needs, job ads posting, screening resumes, interview candidates, job offering to on-boarding arrangement
  • Communicate with line managers to identify the recruitment needs and requirements
  • Drive recruitment activities sourcing candidate directly through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and recruitment agencies etc;
  • Provide support in manpower budgeting, salary review and salary benchmarking etc;
  • Assist in C&B functions, organize and coordinate staff activities, company events and etc
  • Handle office administration and general affairs as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 4 years' solid relevant experience gained from multicultural companies.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, strong communication and ability to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Hands-on experience in PRC is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as “HR & Admin Officer".
