- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including talent requisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relationship, HRIS Management and general office administration;
- Support annual budgeting and annual report;
- Assist the manager to review HR policies and implement HR plans;
- Provide central HR support to departments in HK and overseas offices;
- Prepare and consolidate various HR reports for management’s analysis;
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on daily HR & Admin issues;
- Handle ad hoc company projects as assigned.
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline;
- Min. 3 years solid experience working in a sizeable company;
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Well-versed in Labor Ordinance and Employment Practice;
- Strong PC skills e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Windows applications;
- Flexible, independent, well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior HR & Admin Officer.
