(Senior) HR & Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including talent requisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relationship, HRIS Management and general office administration;
  • Support annual budgeting and annual report;
  • Assist the manager to review HR policies and implement HR plans;
  • Provide central HR support to departments in HK and overseas offices;
  • Prepare and consolidate various HR reports for management’s analysis;
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on daily HR & Admin issues;
  • Handle ad hoc company projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Min. 3 years solid experience working in a sizeable company;
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Well-versed in Labor Ordinance and Employment Practice;
  • Strong PC skills e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Windows applications;
  • Flexible, independent, well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior HR & Admin Officer.
