Senior HR Business Partner

An MNC fast-growing financial services provider is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Business Partner will lead a small team in looking after:

  • HR advisory on any HR-related issues
  • Recruitment projects such as employer branding, internal mobility program, talent attraction
  • Talent Management initiatives such as succession planning and developmental plans, and talent retention
  • working with the executive team on building a high performing work culture
  • working closely with C&B team to ensure the firm is achieving market best practice and the firm is rewarding based on effective performance management indicators
  • taking up a crucial part in managing HR change management / organisational change initiatives
  • engage all staff across different levels to create a work-life balanced work culture

The suitable candidate shall meet the following requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • minimum of 15 years of HR Generalist / HRBP or mixed experience
  • sound knowledge of employment ordinance and HR regulations
  • able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • excellent presentation skills
