Responsibilities:

  • Part of team to manage monthly payroll to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory and contractual requirements
  • Assist to manage pension contributions, tax reporting and insurance renewal
  • Work with supporting HR associate to ensure OT, allowance and other variable pay are correctly tracked and calculated
  • Work with supporting HR associate for maintenance of employee attendance and leave records
  • Ensure the HR databases are efficiently managed and accurate at all times
  • Preparing reports and analytics on regular/ad hoc basis to support business decisions
  • Assist in salary review, bonus and staff cost budget planning
  • Review C&B processes and policies to align with regulatory and business environment changes
  • Participate in the implementation of HRIS

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related area
  • 1-3 years’ of HR/payroll experience
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and pay practices
  • Good numerical sense and detail-oriented
  • Be comfortable to deal with mass data with some manual processes
  • Able to prioritize workload and work in an organized way to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
