As a Senior HR Executive, you will report directly to the People and Culture Manager. The team's goal is to support our people and be on their side through their journey at Prenetics, from talent sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, development, to even after offboarding. At Prenetics, our people make us who we are. We move fast and develop a lot of ideas so you will have to keep up with our pace and be a catalyst to positive change. You will be great at prioritizing tasks in a busy environment and be able to show that you can hit deadlines and exceed expectations.

 

Responsibilities

Recruitment, Selection & On-boarding:

  • Assist in talent sourcing, and be part of our engaging recruitment processes
  • Ensure recruitment standards are maintained at the highest practicable level
  • Manager the on-boarding process for new employees to promote engagement and positive experience

Employee Engagement:

  • Partner with leaders to maximize employee engagement by building a culture that recognizes and rewards performance
  • Strengthen organizational culture by implementing employee surveys and acting on results

Performance, Reward & Benefits:

  • Assist in monthly payroll operations
  • Undertake Performance Development Reviews on a bi-yearly basis ensuring that employee objectives are aligned with organizational goals

Employee Relations & Reporting:

  • Execute daily operational HR tasks and systems
  • Handle terminations, resignations and redundancies in conjunction with line managers
  • Ensure organizational updates are rolled out in an engaging way and that provides an outlet for questions
  • Manage employee related issues as they arise and take proactive action to prevent issues arising
  • Prepare analytic reports to communicate data to inform and support decision-making. Identify trends and assist with analysis

 

What we are looking for

  • Minimum experience - Bachelor Degree or above plus min. 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Ownership - has been the top accountable HR executive supporting a fast-paced work environment
  • Anticipates needs - knows based on extensive experience with this stage and what's ahead
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - and constant change, able to methodically work through complex problems, set priorities and execute on commitments
  • Cross functional collaborator - plans well, prioritizes alignment, listens and asks great questions (up, down and around)
  • Strategic and independent thinker - passionate about your craft and delights in generating the right debtates
  • Start-up speed and mentality - flexible, and can appreciate the crazy without judgement, works/ thinks at breakneck speed
  • Has humor and humanity - is self-aware, empathetic, can be vulnerable, builds real relationship. Willing to laugh at self, fun
