Senior HR Executive/AM-MNC

About the Role:

  • Provide hands-on involvement and quality HR advisory services to support full spectrum of human resources functions
  • Assist in review of existing HR processes, policies and guidelines and implement initiatives that will drive performance and comply with the corporate requirement
  • Manage process improvement projects and feasibility study of automation to help streamline the operational flows and enhance efficiency
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of employee C&B operations including monthly payroll, MPF, final payment, medical, insurance, tax returns
  • Monitor and administer Expatriate Management, such as relocation arrangement and VISA application processing
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

About the People:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in HR generalist or related field preferably gained in sizeable and multinational organisation
  • Familiar with full spectrum of HR areas including Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation
  • Efficient, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
