Our Client, one of the largest international retail companies is seeking a HR generalist to cope with their business growth in HK.
Respond for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits and employment relations
Respond for the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job ads posting, screening, interviewing and preparing documents for onboard matters
Assist in reviewing and updating the HR polices, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations
Assist in the review in Monthly Payroll, Leave Management, Allowance, Taxation & MPF administration etc.
Assist in ad-hoc HR project
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, Retail industry is an advantage
Team player with great communication skills and time management
Fast learner, Self- motivated and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
Excellent speaking skills in both English and Mandarin are expected
