Our client is a HK listed company and they are looking for Senior Manager (C&B focused) to head up the team.

Job Descriptions


  • Lead the C&B team and manage the operation
  • Implement or refine the staff incentive & reward programme
  • Conduct salary & benefits surveys and bench-marking exercise
  • Manage payroll & benefits admin operations
  • Lead ad-hoc projects

Business Partner

  • Develop and implement HR solutions to support company strategies
  • initiate and implement new business models regarding manpower planning, performance management and staff engagement
  • Partner with department leaders to refine and further develop business strategies
  • Lead ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or relevant majors
  • At least 12 years of HRBP or HR Management experience
  • Experience in hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in sizable company/ MNC is a must
  • Proven track record in rolling out HR projects
  • Passionate in making changes and improvements
  • Flexible leading style
  • Ability to adopt in a fast-growing business
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
