About the Company

  • Our client is a global well known conglomerate with presence across the globe. They are looking for an experience Senior/ HR Manager (Training Development & OD) for their Group level office.
  • With the new global incentives, they are hoping to engage with the partnership with a seasoned training & development professional to take up a permanent role or a partnership as an external consultant to be a strategic role to manage the global T&D plans & OD incentives.
  • The organization has sufficiant amount of resources to engage with external training agency which would assist on the training delivery & execution.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Formulate the Training and Development strategies which grow and develop talents to support the organisation's strategic directions
  • Advise and Identify the training needs of the organisation
  • Advise and develop the framework and roadmap of training curriculum for different levels of staff
  • Identify and develop long-term partnership with external training consultants to design and roll out core training programmes
  • Initiate and manage the execution of talent development programmes including Management Trainee Programme , Succession Planning Programmes


  • University degree
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in Learning and Developement field
  • Previous background in sizable company is a MUST
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
