Senior HR Manager (HR head level) | Engineering

An engineering related corporation is looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager/ HR department head level to join their high performing HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HRBPs to provide one stop HR advisory and support to business including recruitment, , compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development, staff engagement and all other people related issues.
  • Support top management in various business transformation, organisational development, cultural change initiatives
  • Work with Centre of Excellence to ensure business objectives are met
  • Provide solutions in streamlining the HR policies & procedures to enhance work efficiency
  • Collaborate with HQ on any HR related projects

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 15 years of work experience preferably in sizeable organizations
  • Candidates from engineering/construction background are definitely advantageous
  • Highly agile and able to work under an ever changing environment
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be compulsory
