Description

Report to the HR Director, the Senior HR Manager will serve as HR Business Partners and be responsible for all HR functions for the assigned business units. You will be leading a team of HR professionals and work closely with the COE team to provide the greatest support for the commercial leaders. Working with the committed team, you will be focus on recruitment, talent management, retention and development, performance management and employee relations. You are also required to review the existing HR policies and practices as well as to implement the new initiatives.

Profile

The successful candidates will be degree educated with at least 10 years experience wthin HRBP or generalist roles in large organisations. It is essential that you have a strong track record working in HR, and have an great understanding to work in a complex large organization . Creative and resourceful you will possess the diplomacy and professionalism to communicate with staff at all levels. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a pre-requisite. Candidate with less experience will be consider for the role of HR Manager.
