A HK fast growing conglomerate is looking for a strategic HRBP at HR Manager/ Senior HR Manager level in view of their aggressive business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to HR Director
  • Handle the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, staff retention, talent management, succession planning, employer branding, organisation development etc.
  • Partner with senior management to provide people advisory in order to achieve business objectives
  • Drive cultural integration and employee engagement campaign to enhance staff morale & retention
  • Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures for HK office

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience with sizable organisations, with experience from fast moving industries
  • In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong labour law
  • Flexible, outgoing, highly agile personality with attitude of always willing to go for extra miles
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
