Senior HR Manager/HR Manager - C&B (Luxury Retail; HK$45K-HK$65K negotiable) 5day work

Our client is a renowned luxury retail group in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their growing team.

Job Scope

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, taxation, leave management and MPF
  • Involve in annual C&B exercises; medical plan and insurance renewals, benchmark benefit and salary surveys to keep abreast of market practices
  • Participate in compensation and benefit market surveys, analyze results and market appropriate recommendations to ensure market competitiveness
  • Ensure policies are in compliance with statutory requirements and in line with market best practice
  • Provide input to the design and development of compensation strategies including short-term and long-term incentives and support all aspects of rewards management
  • Provide internal consultancy service and guidance on the administration of reward/incentive programmes and staff remuneration review


Requirement

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 6-8 years’relevant working experience, preferably from retail/F&B/FMCG
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, presentable and strong in logical thinking
  • Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Immediately available is preferable
