Senior HR Officer (C&B) - 12 months contract

A leading insurance company is looking for a 1 year contract HR officer


Job Descriptions

Support the daily HR BAU activities including:

  • Support the running of the annual cycle,  offer package, compensation survey, prepare data analytic and HR-related reports
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefit programme, and
  • Support any HR or Total Reward related project etc.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years HR or C&B experience in a 
  • Used to working in a multi-cultural and fast-pace environment
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with functions such as Pivot Table and VLookUp
  • Good at preparing PowerPoint presentation
  • Independent, self-initiated, able to work with tight deadlines
  • Number sensitive, detail-minded, accurate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels


Candidate with less experience, will be consider as HR Officer.
